Shipping & delivery
How long does processing take?
Every piece is prepared to order in Dallas. Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, and tracking is emailed when the order ships.
How fast is delivery in the U.S.?
U.S. delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.
How can I track my order?
We send tracking to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking link.
How are pieces packaged?
Frameless prints ship rolled in rigid mailing tubes. Framed pieces ship in reinforced boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. Dallas Art Prints Co. ships within the United States only, and U.S. shipping is free on every order.

A soft matte finish chosen for depth of tone and a glare-free surface.
What framing options are available?
Live pieces offer framed options in Black, White, and Light Oak. Some listings also offer Frameless. The product page shows the exact options available for that artwork.
Do framed pieces arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Framed options are prepared as ready-to-hang pieces.

Choosing art for your wall
What sizes are available?
Available sizes are shown on each product page. Common live formats include A4, A3, A2, 20 × 28 inches, and A1.
Will the image be cropped differently at different sizes?
Aspect ratios vary slightly by size. Each live format is prepared to preserve the composition as closely as possible, and product imagery shows the intended presentation.
How do I choose the right size for a wall?
Start with the width of the furniture or wall area beneath the art. Smaller formats suit desks, shelves, and gallery walls; A2 and 20 × 28 inches suit many consoles and living rooms; A1 makes a confident anchor.
Can I mix sizes for a pair or gallery wall?
Absolutely. A shared frame color or visual theme can make mixed sizes feel intentional.

Email a wall photo, approximate wall width, room, existing colors, and budget. We'll suggest two or three pieces from the current gallery.

Orders, returns & support
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the piece, packaging, and shipping label. We will replace a qualifying damaged or incorrect item at no cost.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Each piece is prepared to order, so we do not accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind, including an incorrect size, finish, or frame color. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If production has not begun, we can usually make a change or cancellation. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
