Refund policy
Every Dallas Art Prints Co. piece is prepared to order. Because each piece is made for a specific order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind, including ordering the wrong size, finish, or frame color.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@dallasartprints.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the piece, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will replace a qualifying damaged or incorrect item at no cost to you. No return is required unless we specifically request one; if we do, we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.
If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable when a charge applies.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact support@dallasartprints.com as soon as possible with your order number if you need to change the size, finish, frame color, shipping address, or cancel an order. If the order has not entered production, we can usually make the change or cancellation. Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
