Shipping policy

Dallas Art Prints Co. currently ships within the United States only.

• U.S. shipping is free on every order.
• Orders are normally prepared in 1–2 business days in Dallas, Texas.
• U.S. delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after processing.
• Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incomplete delivery address.

Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout when the order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking link.

Frameless prints ship rolled in rigid mailing tubes. Framed pieces ship in reinforced boxes. If your shipment arrives damaged, email support@dallasartprints.com within 7 days and follow the damage-replacement process in our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or fulfillment has started.

For a delayed, lost, or incorrectly delivered shipment, email support@dallasartprints.com with your order number and tracking information so we can investigate with the carrier.
