These Terms of Service apply to purchases from Dallas Art Prints Co. and use of dallasartprints.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked during checkout.

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Our wall art is prepared to order. Product colors may vary slightly between screens and the finished print because displays and printed materials reproduce color differently. Sizes, finishes, frame options, prices, and availability are shown on the product page and may change before an order is placed.

We may correct pricing, product, or availability errors and may cancel an order affected by a material error. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment methods shown at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we begin processing it.

Orders may be declined or canceled when required to prevent fraud, comply with law, correct a material error, or address an item that cannot be fulfilled.

SHIPPING, DAMAGE, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Shipping, delivery, damage replacement, returns, refunds, changes, and cancellations are governed by the Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy published with these terms.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated tools in a way that harms the service, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Dallas Art Prints Co. name, branding, website design, product descriptions, artwork presentations, photographs, graphics, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Dallas Art Prints Co. They may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission, except as allowed by law.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dallas Art Prints Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the website when an order is placed applies to that order.

GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
